Meet your lead trainers!

Dr. Sanaa Jaman
Owner & Lead Trainer of Tru3 Yoga

Dr. Sanaa Jaman was born and raised in Kuwait. Fluent in both Arabic and English, Dr. Sanaa moved to the United States in 2005 to pursue a higher education.

While earning a Bachelor's Degree in mathematics and chemistry, a PhD in environmental engineering sciences, and an MBA, she discovered a love and passion for yoga and began to practice at home.

This transformed into a deeper understanding of not only herself but the world around her. More at ease with life's challenges and obstacles, she embraced yoga as a wellness lifestyle on and off the mat.

Dr. Sanaa founded Tru3 Yoga studio in 2019. She has hosted over 20 international yoga retreats, led eight 200-hr yoga teacher training programs, and developed several yoga teacher training curriculums.

Angelique Bhattacharjie Lead Trainer of Tru3 Yoga

Angelique Bhattacharjie has more than 18 years of meditation experience, and is a knowledgable and skilled trainer who teaches authentic techniques rooted in traditional yoga that can be sourced back to yoga philosophy.

Angelique is from India and was exposed to yogasana, mantras, Sanskrit and Vedic philosophy in her childhood.

Over the decades, Angelique delved deeper into Raja yoga and subsequently Hatha yoga. She is a certified E-RYT 500 Yoga teacher.

Angelique also practices Bhakti yoga as an Indian classical bharatanatyam dancer, which is also a highly meditative spiritual art.

What students are saying about the training

“My journey with the Tru3 Yoga teacher training program has challenged me on so many different levels, and I have enjoyed every moment! I have been able to implement the knowledge towards my teaching, understanding others, and my own personal practice. There was so much support and guidance from our teachers throughout the program which helped me grow and gain confidence in myself to teach and help others. The greatest takeaway is how it has given me a better understanding between the mind, body, and soul. This is just the beginning of my yoga teaching journey and I thank everyone at Tru3yoga for an incredible experience!”
