About the Program
Tru3 Yoga’s 200hr Online Yoga Teacher Training is based on Hatha-Vinyasa yoga and designed to:
Equip you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to teach yoga effectively.

Our 16-week comprehensive and structured curriculum:
8 modules (each 2 weeks)

Dr. Sanaa Jaman was born and raised in Kuwait. Fluent in both Arabic and English, Dr. Jaman moved to the United States in 2005 to pursue a higher education.
Dr. Jaman holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Chemistry, a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering Sciences, and an MBA. Her passion for yoga developed during her studies, leading to a deeper understanding of herself and the world around her. She aims to teach with authenticity, sharing her personal experiences both on and off the mat to help others overcome their mental and physical obstacles.
In 2019, Dr. Jaman founded Tru3 Yoga. She has hosted over 25 international yoga retreats, led ten 200-hour yoga teacher training programs, and developed several training manuals and curricula. Currently, she is completing a yoga therapy certification program.

Angelique Bhattacharjie has more than 18 years of pranayama and meditation experience. She is a knowledgeable and skilled trainer who teaches authentic techniques rooted in traditional yoga techniques and philosophy.A native of India, Angelique was introduced to yogasana, mantras, Sanskrit and Vedic philosophy in her childhood.
Over the decades, Angelique has delved deep into Raja yoga and Hatha yoga. A certified E-RYT 500 Yoga teacher, Angelique also practices Bhakti yoga as an Indian classical bharatanatyam dancer - a highly meditative spiritual art.
